Islands of Beaufort

One of the few gated communities in Beaufort, the Islands of Beaufort community occupies a park-like peninsula and two adjacent islands less than an hour from Hilton Head and Savannah in the historic Lowcountry city of Beaufort, with close proximity to Charleston. This 95 acre community lies within the Beaufort city limits, yet retains an atmosphere of tranquility and isolation enhanced by towering pines, majestic live oaks, native magnolias and scenic tidal marshes.

The development encompasses a selection of residential lots and traditionally styled single-family homes for sale along with a community clubhouse, pool and fitness center, tennis courts and other recreational amenities. Community docks provide access to fishing and kayaking on Battery Creek. Nearby golf courses include the Secession Golf Club, Sanctuary Golf Club at Cat Island and The Legends at Parris Island, just to name a few.
